My NordVPN subscription isnt on my subscription list. I signed up to pay $11.99 per month. The receipt shows that I have to pay$83.99 on Sep 14,2019. I cant pay that much

How do I pay only the $11.99 that I signed up for?

Did you sign up for your NordVPN subscription through in app purchases in the iOS NordVPN app? If not, it won’t show in your AppleID subscriptions. The price of $83.99 is their listed price in the App Store app description for their annual subscription.
