Start with these troubleshooting steps:-->If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support
or these:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
If you still get no help, since your iphone is still covered by warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:--> Apple – Location Selector
