iCloud lock

I bought used iPhone 8 and it’s iCloud locked. Seller didn’t remove his iCloud account and now I cannot use mine. I moved to Pakistan from UK now. Can’t contact with seller. Need help to remove iCloud so i can use mine. Thanks

I want to unlock a device I bought online with iCloud lock in germany I didn’t knew it was locked i bought an iphone 6s 1 week ago for 189€ from eBay Kleinanzeigen and the owner didn’t tell me that it was iCloud locked i paid hin the money and i was so happy to use it but after i came home i found out it was iCloud locked i dont even have any contact with the owner what should i do is there anyway apple can fix this I really can’t afford a new phone

You won't be able to use it. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.

Without the cooperation of the previous owner, it is impossible to remove the Activation Lock.
