iTunes and Apple Music

I canceled my Apple Music subscription a few months ago, but these past two months iTunes has automatically charged my account for the subscription. I would like to get a refund, but every time I try to open the iTunes Store it says “cannot connect to iTunes Store.” How can I fix this and get a refund?

If the subscription shows as cancelled you can contact iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
