Is it really the case that Keychain Access on MacOS has the ability to create secure notes, but that they don't get shared via iCloud like everything else stored in the keychain? Sort of defeats the purpose of a password manager.
Currently, iOS only includes passwords for iCloud Keychain. So the secure notes aspect of Keychain on a Mac is not part of iCloud Keychain. You can suggest feedback to Apple at - Product Feedback - Apple
