my phone says that i will not recieve calls or be able to use my cellular data untill i update. however i have updated my phone and my settings no longer gives me an option to update. i have taken my sim card out and put it back in i have restarted my phone and nothing seems to be working as I still do not have any service.

Hi Sutro, initially I would advise you to make a backup either on iCloud or on iTunes to save your data, then I would make sure that the sim actually works by testing it in another definitely working phone. If you have other doubts, ask yourself
