outlook app not updating

it's in app store that the latests version require ios11

if you don't have that or higher it could be why it does not show upgrade

I have ios 12.4.1 and the MS Outlook update isn't working.

The upgrade keeps asking for applid/pw, seems to start then goes back to the original update screen
