usually i pay €9,99 for apple music on the 19th of every month. now got an e-mail that i have to pay already, but i’m not in my home country so i can’t.

If your subscription is continuous, and you didn't change the subscription type, then it would be on the same day of the month each time. There wouldn’t be a reason for this subscription to get billed 10 days early.
