The + icon is not showing on the wallet app so I can’t add my debit card, any idea why it’s not there??

I want to add my credit and debit cards to the wallet, I have got the train tickets on there but it will not go back to the home page to let me add the cards. The + icon is not on the screen, any ideas please.
