Cannot Download El Capitan
Hi Im from Malaysia and download for OSX El Capitan is not available here, App store says its not available in Malaysia, i need the OSX urgently, can Apple please provide me a link to download it.

If your computer can be upgraded to an OS version higher than ElCapitan, you will get that error.
Check the computer requirements shown in each link to see if your computer is capable of running that OS version.
How to upgrade to macOS Mojave - Apple Support
Check to make sure your applications are compatible.
Also check to make sure there is a compatible driver for your printer.
Do a backup before installing, preferable 2 backups on 2 different drives.
