How can i recover a note after it was deleted from permamently folderi need help Plz any advice how

Hi Hi, can i recover a note which I deleted by mistake by selecting the words and deleting them? So i did not deleted the folder, but what was inside the folder, and after deleting the inside content, the folder disappeared. I was wondering if I can recover as I have deleted accidentally. If it's not in your 'recently deleted' folder in notes unfortunately it's gone for good.
