Apple Pay

I can't add a card (ApplePay).

Problem:

"There is a problem with your payment method. To resolve the issue, update your billing information and try again".

When I try to update my billing information, an error is thrown.

My Apple Pay is set up and my cards are accepted but when I try to purchase an app I get a message saying that I need to add another payment method. But even after providing the card info, system says payment could not be verified. Help? My payment method cannot be verified when I try to purchase an app even though my Apple ID is set up with the same cards, and my Apple Pay is operational. When Adding an Apple Pay card, I get an error saying “could not add card, payment cards are not supported for this account” When Adding an Apple Pay card, I get an error saying “could not add card, payment cards are not supported for this account”. It is not an issue with my bank account since that issue happened before I even installed my bank application. I am above 13 and I am allowed to have Apple Pay. What can I do to add a card?

Payment not completed using Apple Pay Can't make payment using ApplePay - with the message payment not complete! All cards on the account is working just fine, I pay all subscriptions with apple apps. But cant use Apple Pay method.
