When Adding an Apple Pay card, I get an error saying “could not add card, payment cards are not supported for this account”. It is not an issue with my bank account since that issue happened before I even installed my bank application. I am above 13 and I am allowed to have Apple Pay. What can I do to add a card?

& yes contact your card issuer to see if they support Apple Pay.
All apple tells me on that website is to contact my bank issuer, however as I said i did not scan a card yet, I only pressed the "add" button.
