Type "screen" (without quotes) in the search box.

Does it look like this?

On my mac, these two only appear when I am actually using the Screen Shot application (e.g. by doing command-shift-4 or 5).

Try restarting. Does it still appear? If so, try in Safe Mode as Sarah suggested. Does it still appear?
