Lost iphone

My phone was lost and my apple id password had been changed. I think my iphone is now used by another apple id. Can i block that iphone via imei number? Please tell me guys i need help

You can't block it but you should ask your carrier to do so.

No way your ID and passcode where changed by anyone that found your phone. They can't even open it up.
