I cannot activate iMessage with my Apple ID, What to do?

I have a problem with iMessage and FaceTime. I'm using Macbook Air with High Sierra installed in it. My other device linked with my apple ID are working but, with my Macbook Air I cannot. Each time I try to log in to iMessage, it failed. In FaceTime, the result is same. It says "error occurred during activation, try again" Please help me out from this problem

Thanks

Start with these...

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

If that doesn't help...

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

Does it work in the new account?

Dear BDAqua

I appreciate your intention of helping others in order to get rid out of their problems.

I have tried your every instructions step by step. But unfortunately, no improvement.

in SAFE MODE and in a NEW ACCOUNT:

it gave the same message as before, "An error occurred during activation. Try again." Both in iMessage and FaceTime.

Can u tell me, How to contact with the online official Apple support provider? I live in Bangladesh and there is no Apple center. In the official web site (support.apple.com) there is no link for my location, Surprisingly 'support' and 'home' links loop each other. Which doesn't make any sense. it is unexpected from a company like Apple.

I think it is a problem of Apple data base. It started after the upgradation of High Sierra. One of my device (iPhone) of the same apple ID runs FaceTime partially (sometimes outgoing missed) but can't run iMessage. I have tried with other Apple ID of other people in mac and found iMessage and FaceTime absolutely OK.

That's why I think, I need to contact with the Apple people to resolve the issue.

Dear BDAqua

Of course, i did.

In case of 1st link:

There is no Bangladesh, so there must be a proble during setting my payment and shipment address. i put a address which is actually isn't persist. kind of mixing addrsee. street and home is like my current address and state and country are belongs to India. The same address has been put up in my wife's iPhone and is running well. No problem with FaceTime and Imessage. In my case it was also okay until the OS upgraded from sierra to High Sierra.

In case of 2nd link:

I contact with them last week. They are not authorized dealer, I think. They suggest me to change the address. So funny, Apple insist me to use a fake address. Even though I have changed it, put an address of Florida, but no result.

I wonder if there is any online customer service with whom i can chat about my issue.
