I have an iphone xs max. i was wondering if i’m still eligible for a trade in. My phone is in perfect condition. The only thing is that my back screen is cracked.

iPhone Trade in I’m trying to see if my iPhone XS Max is able to be traded in with the wear it has. The screen is in good condition and the back is cracked in several places, mostly the middle, but not completely shattered. No big pieces of glass have fallen off the back, but some dust has come off. All the buttons work properly and there are no problems with the touch screen or cameras, but I’m not sure where this would fall on the list of requirements to be traded in. Is my phone able to be traded up in the condition it is in?
