I need to contact iTunes about a scam someone just rung me claiming that $199 will be taken out of my account for an Apple iTunes card please call them to cancel if I didn’t want the iTunes card

Fraud w/ itunes Continued charges after I have followed all recommendations from iTunes and iTunes.com/bill the number on my credit card statement for the charge is iTunes but it just gives an automated response saying go online. Also with all the charges - I have no purchase history on my Apple ID yet it says iTunes clearly on my statements! I’ve done everything besides cancel my card! itunes $9.99 i have had this debited out of my account now for 4 months. i have no idea who is using our card, i want this stopped. is there anyway you tell me what number is linked to my card?
