The children installed this application without my knowledge

The children installed this application without my knowledge, and I did not know anything about the subscription. In fact, I tried to cancel it and

I contacted the bank. It was a mistake, I did not give permission for this payment! The transaction took place only this morning. I did not use this program, is not a trick. Please help me return the money and cancel the subscription. This is a very large amount for me, I would be very happy if you returned the money to me.

We can't return any money to you, we are fellow users.

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

And to stop it auto-renewing : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If you cancel the payment by calling your bank rather than working through Apple, that credit card will, in the future, be declined by Apple.
