Subscription payment

Good day! There is a problem.

I mistakenly signed up for the program, and now I need to pay a certain amount of $ 38. I’m not ready to spend that amount on a subscription that I don’t use. I would like to ask you to cancel it manually, since I do not have such an opportunity on my side. Money has not yet been debited, because it is not on the card. But there is a risk that when they appear, they will be written off immediately.

I would be very grateful for the solution to this problem.

We are fellow users, we can't cancel anything for you - and you obviously shouldn't post your email address on a public forum.

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

And if you no longer want the subscription you should cancel its auto-renewal if you haven't already done so
