Today I cancelled a subscription to Enlight Photofox: Photo Editor, Unlimited Access (Automatic Renewal) purchased on 10/13/2019. I had no clue the app costs $38.24 ... Until I saw the debit card

Today I cancelled a subscription to Enlight Photofox: Photo Editor, Unlimited Access (Automatic Renewal) purchased on 10/13/2019. I had no clue the app costs $38.24 ... Until I saw the debit card — $38.24 withdrawal. I never used the app. and I do not plan to use the app. My family can not afford this charge. How do I get re-credited $38.24 to my debit card?
