Remove a device

Hi, previously my husband and I had separate user accounts on an older MacBook. I am the admin on my Mac and he is on my family sharing for iOS . He’s not good with technology so he doesn’t bother much with anything other than his iPhone or Apple Watch. He never used it so it was deleted along with his home folder. He does have an iPhone and Apple Watch. On his iPhone, the devices shown are his iPhone and Apple Watch and my MacBook. Is there a problem if I remove my MacBook from his user ID? On my iPhone under my user ID I see my iPhone, my MacBook, my Apple Watch and my iPad Air. I removed his user ID from my Mac to free up space and eventually transfer data to a new Mac and give him either the old Mac or iPad, whichever device doesn’t get recycled.

There shouldn't be a problem if you remove the computer from his user ID, especially since you removed his account.
