My IPhone 7 Plus continously says call failed annd facetime fail

Does that mean my microphone isn't working properly, although you can listen to music you just cant call or face time, or is it a hardware problem?

Microphone not working I’ve tried everything turning off my iPhone restarting it even erasing my data off my phone but no matter what I do it’s not working when I get FaceTime calls I can’t answer it says failed right away then I call back once they answer it say call failed when I go on my other apps the sound while on the phone still doesn’t work I tried recording myself to see if the sound would work it still didn’t what should I do?

iPhone 7 Plus Calls + FaceTimes Keep Failing I have had an iPhone 7 Plus since June 2017. Have had minor glitch issues but usually no problem. Then all of a sudden for the past few months my calls and my facetimes fail even with wifi. Especially facetime will immediately fail. or if my phone call goes through, the speaker button is greyed out and I cannot hear anything at all. Also sometimes my wifi button will be greyed out too. I have taken the SIM out and put it back in, reset network settings, even factory reset my phone. I have seen others with this issue too and it’s really frustrating. You buy an iPhone to last and then they ultimately screw you over into getting another one. How can I fix my phone without giving into Apple’s dumb antics and buying a new one?

If you can‘t make or receive calls on your iPhone

If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime

I am getting the same, my calls keep getting cut off with the text call failed. I am using an iPhone X and software update to the latest 13.1.2

Same thing happens to me. Calls get cut off - have you found a fix?
