Microphone not working

I’ve tried everything turning off my iPhone restarting it even erasing my data off my phone but no matter what I do it’s not working when I get FaceTime calls I can’t answer it says failed right away then I call back once they answer it say call failed when I go on my other apps the sound while on the phone still doesn’t work I tried recording myself to see if the sound would work it still didn’t what should I do?
