iPhone 12 microphone

brand new iPhone 12, microphone works on calls, but not on FaceTime, while using Siri, or anything else. I tried a hard reset. Still not working..

Hello,

Start here:

Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Then test with the Voice Memos app.
