microsoft solitaire casual games cant log in

I can’t log in to my account on my brand new iPad mini for Microsoft Solitaire Casual Games. It takes me to a log in screen that is blank. My old iPad mini now has the same problem.Micrisoft claim it’s a problem with the IOS 12.4.1 update. This is what the log in screen goes to. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve done a soft reboot. I’ve closed everything down...
