How i can install macOS el capitan with a bootable usb?

Windows 10 is currently running in my macbook pro (mid 2009)

Some of the options:

Recovery or Internet Recovery, depending on how old this Mac is: About macOS Recovery - Apple Support
Downloading and building an installer on another Mac: How to create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support
Another Mac, and a compatible cable: Use target disk mode to move files to another computer - Apple Support
Visit the local Apple service provider, or the local Apple Store.

Microsoft Windows 10 is not useful here.
