when i try to add a new contact to a group text, i don't get the option to ADD NEW CONTACT. When i press the info button it just shows me who's currently in my text group (one that i created) but nothing about adding more people. suggestions on how to fix this? thanks

Add or remove someone from a group conversation
Anyone in a group iMessage can add or remove someone from the conversation. You can remove a person from a group iMessage that has at least three other people. You can’t add or remove people from group MMS messages or group SMS messages.
can you please explain the difference between imessage and MMS messages? i have an iphone and when i text a group of people, i cannot later add another contact to this message group.
iMessage is a blue bubble and SMS and MMS is a green bubble.

thank you so much! i guess the problem i was having was that others in my message group weren't necessarily iphone users. that makes sense now
