I got charged 2.99 for apple itunes but I have not bought anything. How can i figure out what I was charged for?

I got charged 9.99 for iTunes and don't use it at all and then I reported it nothing came back and then they charged again this month!
I have a charge for $8.93 on my bank statement that I can't identify. My iTunes account shows that my last purchase was made on 9/17/19. How can I find out what the new charge is?
