Non-required in-app purchases

I’ve opened the stellar sky app on my iPhone 6s and the screen was freezed for about 15 second because of in-app advertise. 

After 15 sec, this app was mistakenly purchased for 999₽. 

I didn’t planned to use this app...also I even haven’t open it after purchase...I want a full refund.

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it.
