Scams email?

I received an email about in-apps purchase. I didn’t purchase it. They have the link if I want to cancel. I click on the link and they ask for name, address, phone and social security number. Feel like a scam. Is it right? Thank you

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.
