The usual scam involves the login link. It’ll probably be to some other website and not to Apple, and what you reach will look like the Apple login prompts, but isn’t, and entering your credentials there will then cause a Bad Day for you.
Enable two-factor authentication on your Apple ID, if you’ve not already done so. That’s a last-chance means to preserve your Apple ID security, in the event your password becomes known to another.
Just to keep this all interesting, sending email addresses and calling telephone numbers can all be faked / spoofed / forged, too.

look at the email if the email looks like this iTunesapple@gmail.com it’s a scam. Look for some bad grammar. If you feel like you have been scammed call apple or your bank account,
