Reset Password Nearly a Dozen Times, Still Not Able to Log In to iTunes Store on Mac.
I have reset my password about a dozen times in the past few days, and each time it sends me an email confirmation. I then try to log in to the iTunes Store, for example, on my Mac, and it does not accept the new, CORRECT password.
I know it is working and correct, because I was able to log in to my account to create this thread. I assume it is one of Apple's many software glitches, but this is getting really old.
For security reasons, I put down 'example@gmail.com'.
Help, please.
