I lost my old iPad where I have photos and videos on my tv
How can I retrieve them?

May I ask: Do you have the photos and videos which you want to retrieve in your old iPad which is lost? Previously did you backup your photos and videos of your old iPad to iCloud? Hope you did.
If you did backup to iCloud, you can use any computer to retrieve back the photos and videos which you want, here the YouTube Tutorial Video: https://youtu.be/kgGg6yYTKG8
P.S: Retrieving from a computer is far more convenient than retrieving from a TV. (Provided you previously did a backup to iCloud)
