Ipad Activation Error

Hello!

I would like to know how to restore an Ipad. I have been using the Itunes to restore it, but it keep saying activation error at this time. I've been trying but, still the same. Now I have no idea how am I going to use my ipad. I've been trying for 3 days and it's not working at all. Can someone please help me fix that?
