Apple Watch not pairing with iphone

I had to get a new Apple ID and iCloud since my iPhone got hacked so now I’m trying to pair my Apple Watch again and on my Apple Watch app it says start pairing but it doesn’t have the camera so I can scan it so I try to pair manually but no devices show.

How is do I get it to pair
