Who owns reagent, and is there a reputable VPN service that doesn't require me to give them access to all the passwords on my Keychain?

VPNs are only of value if you want to connect to an institutional network like your company or school at the other end. Public VPNs do not protect your data because your data is routed to the open Internet at the other end of the tunnel. To protect your data use secure services like https rather than a VPN. When you sign on to a public VPN they have access to all your data and they can do with it as they wish. I woul;d not trust my data to a public VPN service.
