I’ve a new iPhone XR and an iPad Air 2. They’ve both been updated to 12.4.1. I can’t forward text messages from my phone to iPad any more, therefore I can’t send sms or mms from my iPad. Can anyone help? I don’t know if it’s the set up on the new phone or the update. Thanks

You most likely are already, but make sure that you are signed into your Apple ID and iCloud on both devices. Then go through the steps in here to set it up again.
