Heart App doesn’t work.

The heart rate app is trying to measure my heart rate but it doesn’t seem to get it. How do I get it to register!

Heart rate during workout mode app not available?? So frustrating. My heart rate is not an option in the workout mood. Is this the case for everyone? This is so frustrating because I have to go to another screen to get my heart rate. Then it seems like It takes forever to show up. and sometimes it just keeps spinning.
