Payment method I want removing please

trying to remove my payment method but it won’t let me-it says “active subscription and have to have payment method on file”

I have no active subscriptions so why is it saying this? I want it removed it’s stressing me out big time.

You have no active subscriptions, including iCloud storage upgrades ? If you don't, contact iTunes Support
