Unable to remove payment method

I am a trying to remove a payment method but it won’t let me because it says “there is an active subscription on this account that requires at least on payment on file” but when I checked, I don’t have any active subscriptions.

Normally you have to have one payment method in your account unless you have a NONE op[tion in the payment methods listed in your account details.
