My wife lost her apple iPhone X. She needs a same phone. What do you advice me to do?

There may not be too many options since Apple no longer sells that model. You could try to find one online but that might be risky. I would suggest going to an Apple store and try holding the phones to see if a newer model is just as comfortable.
