The Economist Subscription Purchase via iTunes

I emailed the App site for web access to the yearly subscription I purchased but their below instructions do not work or make sense. I cannot access the content and cannot get a refund from iTunes. It has already been more than a month. What do I do?

Customer Reference:-iTunes Subscriber

Thank you for contacting The Economist.

To get full digital access, you need to set up your Economist.com account from the device you took out your subscription. After completion, you can use your Economist.com username and password to give you access to iPhone, iPad, Android, and Economist.com.

If you originally bought your subscription on your iPad:

• Tap ‘Settings’ on the Library screen

• Tap ‘Subscriber access’ in the left hand column

• Tap ‘Log in or sign up to get full digital access’ in the right hand column

• Follow the on-screen instructions

If you originally bought your subscription on your iPhone:

• Tap ‘Account’ on the Library screen

• Tap ‘Get full digital access’

• Follow the on-screen instructions

If you cannot see the above options on your device, please delete and reinstall the app and then restore all purchases via 'Subscriber access' (on iPad) or 'Account' (on iPhone).

If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards
