Apple watch silicon band caused to allergy

hello. I am oral surgeon and i know what is happening to my skin. I have a problem wth my watch’s band. It causes allergy on my wrist. I’ve contacted with apple support here in Turkey. They did nothing but adviced me to buy a new band with a little discount. Thank you ! I want to know other people should know about this situation and apple in my country didnt help me.
