Is there a replacement for "Apple Loops Utility.app"?

Now that Apple has discontinued yet another tool I use, Apple Loops Utility, I'm trying to find out if there is a replacement available. Unfortunately, the third party software Apple recommends using instead is apparently no longer a thing, or the link is broken. https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT208478

If Apple is not offering a replacement does anyone know if there is a way to recover all of the loops I had, many of which I purchased years ago. :(

Thanks Wilddrums, good to know it's not just me.

So... looks like we have to use Logic X, and probably Garageband (didn't try that yet), to find the loops, which I guess is okay as that's where i use them anyway. Looks like they are all there, so that's a relief. Perhaps I over reacted when i saw the app was broken, I assumed they disabled/removed the entire thing including the loops and freaked out a bit.

I guess it didn't bring in enough cash to allow us to continue using, I forget sometimes that it's really about the profit, not the users.
