Where is the new iPad Pro
Is the 3rd Generation really the newest iPad Pro or will a new one come by the end of the year?

We are all users here, just like you.
ONLY Apple knows and they aren't being forthcoming about a new iPad Pro release.
Typically a new iPad Pro model now gets released in October/November.
A new iPad Pro may or may not be coming.
Apple could be releasing a new iPad Pro to coincide with the official release of iPadOS coming at the end of September.
Know one here or anywhere else would know.
Since it is only a couple of months more, I would wait it out and see.
Apple has always put out a new iPad Pro model on a yearly basis.
So, one is probably coming.
