Accepting Donations Via Apple Pay

Hello:

We'd like to set up Apple Pay on several of our clients' non profit websites. What donor management platforms (Blackbaud, Salsa Labs, Raiser's Edge, etc.) does Apple Pay work with? And, when a donor gives via their Apple pay account, does the non-profit capture the donors information (email, name, address) to reach out to them for future donations?
