Free floating app icons

How can you make my apps float on my home screen the way logos used to float on screensavers? I want to pick my app icons as the move around randomly like they’re floating on a pond, a giant pond, that I can swipe from screen to screen and catch my floating app icons. Or they can stop at the edge of the screen and move in random patterns. Just total free floating app icons.
