should I cancel my new order that cannot be shipped for a few weeks now, or simply not return the trade-in device?

Thanks in advance

you have to options do not return it and they will charge you full price in a bill or just contact them during business hours and just let them know you will be paying for price for the device and you do not want to trade in your old device...
