Face ID is no longer working after screen replacement

i had my iPhone XR screen replaced at the apple store yesterday. Face ID no longer works. Software is up to date. Restarted phone 3 times. Successfully reset Face ID 3 times. Many other attempts told me it wasn't available. Cleaned screen with cloth that came with phone. Have tried everything!! Help!

If the replacement was done by Apple you have a warranty and need to take it back to them.
